Senior Backend Engineer

FCamara is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design and evolve scalable backend systems within a modern .NET ecosystem. You will lead the implementation of workflow-heavy backend services - covering onboarding, relationship management, orchestration, and integrations - within a microservices-based architecture, while helping drive engineering quality and architectural consistency across the team.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using C# and .NET
  • Lead technical design for REST APIs and workflow-heavy services
  • Drive clean architecture and maintainable backend design across distributed microservices
  • Break down large workflows into reusable services and components
  • Review code, mentor engineers, and improve engineering standards
  • Ensure systems are resilient, transactional, and production-ready
  • Work closely with product managers and frontend engineers on API and workflow design

Requisitos e qualificações

  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET
  • Experience designing production-grade REST APIs and backend workflows
  • Strong understanding of clean architecture and separation of concerns
  • Deep experience with Entity Framework, SQL, and relational databases
  • Experience handling concurrency, idempotency, and transactional consistency
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms and distributed microservices architectures
  • Strong debugging, architecture, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English



Nice to Have:

  • Experience in banking, fintech, CRM, or customer onboarding platforms
  • Experience with matching engines, orchestration workflows, or distributed systems
  • Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
  • Fluency in Portuguese
