We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Application Specialist to join an engagement in our Client, a global fashion company with an impressive track record in e-commerce and marketplace for luxury brands. Our Client is a pioneer in digitising the sector and is building a legacy both for large and known brands as for small boutiques and maisons.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

We are looking for a techno-functional Specialist to work within our Client's Technology and Business departments and be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and developing the implemented system.


In a typical day you will:

. Translate business process requirements into technical configurations and implementations for Dynamics 365;

. Act as a bridge between consultants, development, and quality teams, ensuring correct technical requirements, clear communication and project alignment;

. Analyse business challenges across various Farfetch departments (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance) to identify areas for improvement;

. Propose data-driven solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 functionality to optimise efficiency and potentially generate cost savings;

. Design and document processes for system evolution, replacement, or improvement within Dynamics 365;

. Champion best practices across technology teams, promoting efficient workflows and fostering a collaborative environment;

. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented Dynamics 365 modules;

. Provide ongoing support for the implemented system, troubleshooting any technical issues;

. Actively participate in the system implementation, providing training and guidance during go-live and post-go-live phases;

. Regularly monitor system health and identify areas for optimisation, proactively proposing solutions to enhance overall performance;

. Proficiency in these modules is a plus (Inventory management, Retail and call center, Product information management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and marketing, Entity store BYOD (data management), Accounts payable, Fixed Assets,Tax, Cash and bank management, General Ledger, and User management and system administration).

Requisitos e qualificações

. Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation is a must.

. Knowledge of the modules of Dynamics 365 and how to configure, maintain, and evolve modules;

. Experience in implementing core Corporate Applications such as ERP, Supply Chain and Logistics systems;

. Aptitude for understanding & diagnosis of business processes;

. Knowledge and experience in working through different software implementation phases and collaborating with various stakeholders;

This position allows working full time remote, working in business hours, preferably in Lisboa time zone.
